Answering Hugh Ross examines the claims of Hugh Ross from a young-earth creationist perspective. The standpoint
The site defends a young-earth reading of Genesis, including a short creation chronology and a global Flood. These are interpretive commitments to be argued from Scripture in context. A criticism of an old-earth model does not, by itself, establish the young-earth alternative. Points of agreement with Ross are part of the comparison.
The responses distinguish the biblical text, its interpretation, theological premises, observations and scientific model assumptions. Disagreement over these matters does not justify questioning Ross’s faith or motives.
